That's a sure way to lose friends, credibility and resources.

Education Expenses and Professional Dues.Bigger Pockets offers a wealth of information for free, but you will want to supplement the information available here with good books, classes and other resources.

There are thousands of other deals out there that makes a lot more sense where you can invest your resources.

We have lots of groups and resources here in Massachusetts to ask other investors about their knowledge of and experience with a particular lender or loan broker.

It is an awesome resource.

As you can see there are many great members and resources here.
