As business guru, Jack Welsh says, best to keep it simple – l too will. My name is Ede Jermin and I am a newbie to BiggerPockets from the Washington, DC area. My goal is to network and share best practices with like-minded people who are investing and property managing smaller properties in the DMV region. Additionally, as I enter phase II of life (the big "R" not too far off), I am in search of advice on good ways to build revenue streams from investment properties (single/duplex/ multi-family). BiggerPocket family, I look forward to the engagement and pushing my thinking into new directions.
