I guess you can't add pictures on a post through your phone?

You should personally inspect the place every week looking for rats and dog poop. take pictures, build your case.

Spouses and kids add up.That is saying something when you consider Collin County where I live is expected to double in population between 2017 and 2030 without Amazon.I am still wondering what the "culture" picture will look like if Amazon waits until after the midterm elections.

They need to be national and have a descent mobile app that supports picture check deposit. 

Hopefully, you will get this resolved quickly and before you know it you will be posting after pictures on this thread.

I'm also in agreement with @Devin Scott,@Edward Adekanbiand @Oscar Jacomewaiting for even more pictures. if it would not be to much of a boredom; post pictures in various stages of the rehab so I can view your team work to determine if he is someone I would consider working with.

Since most of my homes were built  in the 20's & 30's I always hang their pictures for them because you cant nail into the old lathe and plaster.
