2nd coat of primer?

Hey guys - trying to decide if I should add a 2nd coat of primer to this room. Going from a dark, red burgundy to a light beige

If you've already primed it, one coat should do, but you might need two top coats. If you haven't, use Zinsser's BIN or Kilz, works great, and you'll probably only need one top coat, if you use good paint.
