Prospective Tenant's Requests

To all fellow landlords, just wondering if you ever had a prospective tenant who asked if the master's bedroom could be painted to a different color or have the doors re-painted. How do you handle such requests when showing the property? I came across this request when showing my rental townhouse.

They are asking you to paint it? If so, nope. Tell them they can paint it if it is a neutral color, if not and they paint it purple or something, then they must repaint it back to the original color or the cost to paint it back professionally will be taken out of their deposit.

Now, this is assuming that they are in good presentable condition. If they are not, then you may consider doing it anyways.
