Franky,My advise is to seek out multiple Independent Agents (they represent many Insurance companies - not just one). 

Our current portfolio:-Florida SFH: Mortgage (includes HOA and PM company) = $2100.

I had some problems with the management company not advertising promotions at all and likely over-screening potential tenants.

Hi Megan,You can structure an LLC with an operating agreement and outline the share of ownership of the company.

I’m hoping to do something similar and would rely completely on a fantastic property management company.
