The house was a wreck, needs engineered septic and well, and a ton of updates. 5 acres 3 maybe 4 BR, two big barns and would probably sell for 170k if redone well.

We have an awesome framing company that is licensed and bonded and we run our plans by them and their engineer that is in house.

I am looking at a property that has this requirement:Purchaser is responsible for providing a letter of corrections and stamped certified structural analysis from a certified engineer prior to performing any repairs or improvements to the property.
