We're coming out of this stronger.  

I often read or hear from successful investors that if that had to do it all over again they would have started bigger, faster, done more, taken greater risks, jumped into bigger deals sooner, etc...My question: Is there a way to avoid this & just start out 'bigger, better, faster, stronger'? 

I have since determined that the partnership works extremely well and together we are far stronger.  

And the fact that "you pay them" doesn't make your argument a lot stronger if they're not actually charging you as you said. 

The many that survive will be stronger and smarter long term.People doing rental arbitrage will likely see their house of cards come tumbling down.

Housing in stronger economic areas have tenants that probably have some reserves and resources. 

I believe most people have a stronger constitution than that.Best of luck to you during tax season.

Here in the US it may take months to dig out of the rubble but I am confident we will get there and be stronger for it.  

A few hard years as a country would make this country much stronger in the long run.

We as humans can and will evolve to adapt to our new realities and I'm confident that we will get out on the other end stronger and greater than ever before.
