@Jerry K. intersting that there were more liens and less competition yet the interest rate dropped

We're at least 2 hours up Interstate 95 and only 20 minutes from RI.

We own a lot of "doors" and mange for about 40+ more landlord clients.So about that appreciation...If you are familiar with the traffic reports in MA then you know the heart of Boston proper and the concentric rings of Interstate 128/95, and 495.

I see the need in certain areas for an overnight semi truck parking lot where are truck drivers can quickly get off the interstate to spend the night in a safe place, or trucking companies can store their excess trailers or loads.

I used to live in pooler for a bit and they saw a lot of growth with many different shopping centers opening up as well as a tanger outlet mall and the pooler parkway which connects the two major interstates running north/south and east/west through pooler.

The Triad population combined is around 1.6 mil and combined by several major interstates.

The interstate gets shut down from shootings on occasion.

Then you will have the intersection of a major North/South interstate (I-49) with a major East/West interstate (I-40) as well as the Arkansas river port in Van Buren. 

I am looking at the close proximity to major interstates, employment, schools etc but still unable to figure this out.
