Small multi-family (2-4 units) wholesale investment in High Point.

Purchase price: $6,250
Cash invested: $6,250
Sale price: $15,000

This was my first investment project. Ending up buy a duplex and wholesaling it within 2 weeks and making double my investment.

We are looking to invest in High Point. Would you mind providing any insight on the following:

-Population growth

-Job growth

-Diversity of economy

-Is it a rising, hot, declining, or stable market cycle for real estate

-Is it landlord and business friendly?
