Anyone here invested in multifamily in Savannah, GA?  Thoughts on the market?  Go investment place?

@Jason S.     I highly suggesting being in the area physically for awhile if you are going to invest here.  The good and bad areas are not only seperated by neighborhood, but even by street. (one street is filled with expensive historic homes, the next street up is ghetto enough to feel you need to pack heat).  Because of this, even crime maps of the area can paint an incorrect picture. Rents are somewhat easy to comp but purchase price can be difficult.

Most multifamily in the area is low-income/section 8 unless you're looking at apartments in Pooler.
