We hope to start next week.The plan is to have one side one large office rented to one business, and the other side will be executive space to be rented to 2-4 clients needing smaller offices.

I also have tried down at the permit office to find out of homes that have been issued a violation for not cutting their lawn, too much junk in the yard and things like that.

If the future buyer goes ahead and asks their loan officer if there's a problem with getting financing because the property is located off of a Class VI road and the underwriter catches wind of it, well now its out in the open and they have to look at that and take it into consideration.

I caught this mistake only 12 days after the vesting doc was recorded because I just so happened to go online to check the assessors office because my aunt has been trying to manipulate me out of my interest in the home so I have been keeping track of everything.
