Hey guys, quick question.

Before i buy a property i wanted to know about the paperwork needed to be able to buy the property, could you tell me what paper work i will need to have as a buyer signed and ready when i hit the closing table? Also how can i get these documents?

Or does the realtor get all of this ready? All i have to do is sign ?

Thanks guys

@Vick Galu

The paperwork required is almost the same(appraisals and finances are required for lenders). The difference is who fills it out. If you're using a lender the lender takes care of the majority of it; if you're doing cash it's you+your title company. Your realtor should be able to prepare the paperwork you need, however the suggestion above is to get it reviewed by an attorney.
