Tenant Screening
Doing a Rental to two foreign nationals here. Literally been in the USA 10 days. No Driver's License, Credit, SS#, etc. They have Passports from their home country, and Visas for the USA. They have Medical School Records/Transcripts from their home Country. They have a Bank Account that was opened 8 days ago.
Normally my background check program requires name, DOB, ss#, DL#, and an address. How do you Vet someone like this? They can get a letter from the hospital they are placed in, but thats it....
Any ideas?
