Most of the books I found online appeared to be published by con artists-the get rich quick type- or amateurs.

The web portal doesn't update anything neither even after the interest has been distributed.

I've looking at a commercial real estate web site.

The starting lien bid that is published covers the back taxes, penalties and an administration fee. 

Its the most valuable site I think on the entire web.

However, this tenant is elderly and has no web experience.
