As I understand it the extra paperwork and slower closing time makes getting an FHA offer actually accepted a virtual impossibility in this market.

@Clarence Gong you need to use a specialist , virtually impossible to do it yourself Massively unnecessarily over complicated........find and pay experts to do it for you

Virtually anyone can do this type of loan, but if you plan to buy more rentals in the future, i would work with a Banker or Broker as they have Portfolio loans designed for investors.
