Looking for a virtual assistant to analyze multifamily deals

I'm seeking the best place to find a virtual assistant that can help as follows: 

1. Use MLS to find multifamily listings based on given criteria

2. Analyze financial statements obtained from MLS listings and Commercial brokers

3. Determine comps and market rate rents

4. Determine viability of properties as investments based on given criteria

Bonus is paid for any property analysis that leads to an acquisition.
