What were they trying to hang anyway...a boat?

Its 2:00 a.m. and I am still filling in holes, hundreds of them. Why they needed to anchor things with huge screws and plastic screw holders anchored into the wall is beyond words.

Quick question, do you charge by the hour or by each screw removed, prep and paint?

one of my favorite pics..

we had a close call exactly like that when the tenant decided to hang another cabinet he bought. I guess he got distracted & when his wife started loading the one upper cabinets it fell to one side. He had only drilled in a single 3" corner screw. But it was all our fault for having weak walls???
