Good markets for cash flow, nature and the arts?
If you were able to relocate anywhere in the country, where would you go?
My wife and I (and kids) can pretty much relocate anywhere. Our main purpose is for house/apartment investing, using a BRRRR strategy. We could also do new construction, but are specifically looking for markets where cash flowing is easiest.
We're hoping for the following:
1) Easy access to nature
2) Strong arts culture
3) University nearby
4) Good for families
I know, in general, people recommend the Southeast and Midwest. We're leaning toward Tennessee, North Carolina or Georgia, mostly because of the mountains.
Is there a specific location you particularly like? Where would you go?
