Indianapolis vs kansaas
I’ve been talking to people in the Indianapolis market. Some are saying Kansas has better returns (cash on cash and cash flow).
Is there anybody here that invests or analyze both Indianapolis and Kansas market that can tell me if this is true or not in your experience?
If Kansas does have better returns than Indianapolis I’m curious how know the reason why you guys are still investing in Indianapolis? Is there a factor that makes Indianapolis a more attractive market compared to Kansas for rental property investing?
