Look on craigslist under key words, investor, flipper, fixer upper etc..... contact those people, they are wholesalers.

Many people will shut down when you mention something bad they have done (tail between legs kind of thing), most important thing is to get in front of them or have a couple conversations with them on the phone before you really get into them.
