Looking to observe purchase in Seattle, Mentor?

Hi all,

I am 27, a UW Biology graduate currently working in biotech in South Lake Union, recently married, and excited to start investing in real estate soon.  Having listened to all the Bigger Pockets podcasts, and read all the books I've been able to get my hands on so far, I am officially tired of waiting.  Being a hands on (and quick) learner, I would love to see how a property is acquired.  As for all newbies, the the idea of buying a house is exciting, yet daunting- I know many of you started in the same place and had the same initial fears and doubts as me.  I am interested in all types of property, whether a rental, personal residence, multi family, apartments, doesn't matter because I would really like to get involved in most facets of the industry in the future and really discover which of them I am great at.

So, if anyone in the Seattle area is willing to let me share in the experience of buying a property (and ask lots of questions), I would love the opportunity.  I am also not afraid of some leg work/homework- in a perfect world it could turn into a mentorship where we could both benefit, but no pressure.

Please reach out on BP, hopefully we could meet at Starbucks to see if this opportunity would work out for both of us.,

Mitchell
