Starting off in Ferndale Area (out of state)
Hello All,
I am a newbie when it comes to REI and have been stalking this site for a couple months now. I have lived in the Los Angeles area for about 9 years now, but I was born and raised in Michigan. I'm looking at investing in a buy and hold property in Ferndale around 65k that will need work; however, I have no idea where to start since this will be my first property. I have family near by that could help out. Please let me know if you have any advice!
Best,
Chris

Hi @Christopher Franco I live in Ferndale and invest in the immediate area. I have done 9 buy and holds/flips over the last few years and recently got my real estate license.
I would be more than happy to answer any question you may have about the area or assist in your purchasing. I can drive by any homes you'd like, point you in the direction of contractors, ect. Please feel free to message me and we can further connect.
