New member DC/VA area- flipping

Hi everyone!

I have been reading the blogs and forum topics nonstop since I found this site and figured it was time to introduce myself.

I am 29 and work for a large financial regulator.I live in Arlington (Clarendon) and want to get into flipping.I have always had a passion for real estate/ design and looking to turn that dream in to a reality.Where I’m located is very expensive so I am not sure if I should look out of state or stay with the DC area.

I'm looking to network, build relationships with other investors in the area to grow my REI knowledge base. Any help or guidance along the way is greatly appreciated.
