The agents that "open the door" for you are paid "per meeting" and are randomly assigned.Personally, I think the Redfin model isn't necessarily that good because it cuts out the "personal" side of the business.

@Edward Brewington You can't pick out just 1 fee feature from a PM company and say "XYZ dosn't charge this", as there is different pricing models that have different means of accounting for these items.
