As we are considering building small apartment in midtown Sacramento, we are looking for financial modeling to arrive at a working Proforma, that will include, but not limited to, product types, construction costs, marketability (both as a rental or flip), etc..

The numbers we did looks okay, but we would like to see professional opinion
