Any ideas or suggestions on how to list your property with the appropriate travel nurse organizations, to rent out a fully furnished brand new townhouse that is super close to 3 hospitals?

I was not able to buy a duplex, triplex, or quadruplex since the mortgage would've been more expensive, but it was my first idea. 

Can anyone out these describe them to me with limitations/advantages to having one? 

My first thought is to build 15 Duplexes as i like the idea of being able to sell one or several if needed as any point in the future.
