It has passed a winterization inspection and is certified as weatherized by the State of Wisconsin.The previous landlord warned me that this is a demanding tenant.  

You cannot recommend yourself or offer your own services even if someone requests services you provide. you can recommend others, you cannot recommend yourself.You cannot do any type of deal making, looking for buyers or sellers other than in the marketplace forum.You cannot ask people to "Message me" or "PM me" again that is considered self promotion.

There is an engineering firm that will certify this and have the requirement removed for about $800.  

You will sign an affidavit at closing certifying that you intend to occupy the unit.
