Most other big name insurance companies will do a max. of 4 properties and will only do them if they held personally, not if they are held in an LLC, or they will put you in a commercial policy.

Veteran here and have used this clause before during a PCS.https://codes.findlaw.com/tx/p...TLDR : if the orders are legit, PM for further info if needed for ensuring the legitimacy of orders, then the last day of the following month after official notification they are released from the lease, minus damages.
