Question about forclosing on a lien in weschester thats passed the redemtion period

I've been lien investing for about 6 yrs and I have always had my investment returned plus interest. A while ago I purchased some liens at a sale in Yonkers N.Y. and now the redemption period of three years is up. How do I go about getting my investment back....Do I have to foreclose on the liens?
