Over my professional career, I have found there is more opportunity in a down market than up and frankly I think the numbers back this statement up across the board.

Some of our vets in the VASH program did well but many were homeless for reasons that had nothing to do with their military experiences (one has to remember that many veterans never saw a day of combat during their military careers).   

I have day traded futures, stocks and options, have been a financial planner and licensed in series 7 for most of my career in finance.

Are you looking to do real estate full time or do you both have careers that keep you busy??

Reason for my interest to do real estate investment is mainly because, I do want to pursue my career in filmmaking.

I'm wanting to wait until I have around $50k-$100k built up before I start on my next stage of the investing career which is rehab and resell ( then eventually rentals).
