Hello everyone, my name is Curt Powell. I am an IT professional in Greenville, NC. I am just getting into real estate investing, and trying to get as much education as possible. Based on the research that I have done, I would like to start investing in single family or small multi family homes using a buy and hold strategy. My biggest obstacle right now is overcoming the financial side of getting started. I look forward to all of the information I will be able to gather from all of the experts on this site.
