Intro - New Investor

Hello!

My name is Brandon. I am new to the forums and brand new to real estate investing. I live in Los Angeles now and grew up in SoCal. LA seems to be so outrageously priced that I would like to find professionals to work with in more affordable areas relatively close, such as Arizona. I'm interested in investing for cash flow whether it be single family homes or multi family. I do like the idea of investing in college towns especially. As I said, I am a novice, so I mostly look forward to learning and engaging in discussions with some of the savvy investors on this site. I look forward to the resources on this site and speaking with some of you soon!
