I think this is all out of context since no one has really defined or said what is a trivial response besides the wall mount example (which I agree with) I’ve had to do some routine maintenance for stuff like a loose tile, electrical outlet etc.

When we passed by the guest bathroom, it looked like someone had poured water on the floor and it seemed to be seeping from the bottom of the toilet(awful luck considering we just renovated that room, replacing tile, and drywall etc.).

After awhile you can start putting numbers to items you have done in the past.. like “ the tile  will cost $1.50/sqft and installation will cost $2/sqft.
