First rule of thumb, anytime they don’t show you inside pictures you should be wary. Second, it’s from 1920, so expect plaster walls, outdated electrical, who knows what on the floors, roof, condition of the AC, etc.!? Won’t have central air unless it was retrofitted. They siding is covering up 120 year old wood most likely.
It’s really not possible to tell the whole story with what we have. Zillow doesn’t just the square footage in the listing you provided.
We don’t know the taxes on the unit, so it’s hard to judge in a profit margin, but generally speaking, it looks like it could probably handle it.
