Welcome to BP, Lavelle.Might use the search feature as to wholesailing pre-fore-closures, it's been discussed and since the laws that apply to pre-foreclosure issues are federal laws, yes, the apply to those of us in the mid-west and then there are state laws from state to state.There are some real issues playing with folks who have been given a notice of demand/foreclosure.

I find that It is very hard for me to focus more than an hour or so, on a tax website, google searches, etc, as my mind wanders a million miles a minute, and i would love for this to be streamlined so i can focus on talking to sellers and building title, attorney, agent relationships.Thoughts?

If so, then I suggest you perform a forum search for wet basement or damp basement, since there are a number of discussions of those topics that might give you further insight.

The law office charges $135 to do the search and it takes 2 weeks.

if you search wholesaler on this site as long as it is in that persons profile somewhere they will pop up in the search.

They are very new and are not well aware about the right developer and or the right property to choose.My search in the internet to know more about the international real estate business leads me to the website “biggerpockets.com”.
