Anyone using a Virtual Assistant?

Just wondering if any investors use virtual assistants, stay at home moms, out of country fiverr employees, college students, etc to help with your business.

I hate the research part of RE and was wondering if it would be worth it to try this.
For those that do
What specific duties do you find are the best to allocate to a VA?
Are they any disadvantages to using offshore VAs?
Do you mainly use them for one-off assignments(mailings) or long-term work like fielding phone calls from leads that come in?

I find that It is very hard for me to focus more than an hour or so, on a tax website, google searches, etc, as my mind wanders a million miles a minute, and i would love for this to be streamlined so i can focus on talking to sellers and building title, attorney, agent relationships.
