I've been very encouraged recently by the younger people I've had discussions with (late 20s, early 30s) as they really seem to understand fiscal responsibility along with protecting social freedoms while understanding the need for a minimal safety net for the less fortunate, are focused on improving their country, and I like the direction they are headed in.

A Benefit Company, or B Corp, is a for profit company focused on social/environmental issues, i.e. not what you are looking to do.Also, you definitely need some type of operational agreement between you (the manager) and your mom (a member) of the LLC.

There are a lot of people out there who are getting the properties (they are pros and/or they have mastered some fancy technique of making it work), so start seeking out those guys to either a) pitch your idea and partner with or b) request some mentoring from them.You can make it happen, in some way.
