Looking for an agent in Durham, NC.

I am brand new to investing in RE; moving to Greensboro NC this summer. 

I am originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, but moved to NC two years ago for Ashville, the coast, less snow and to invest into real estate.

For the post - I am specifically looking at lending in the Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC markets so any insight to those local markets is greatly appreciated.

I live in Durham NC - The Durham/Chapel Hill + Raleigh, Charlotte MSA are all areas where prices are high (not impossible to find a good deal with preferable returns however likely, not to sure).
