Newbie from Charlotte, NC

My name is Louis McLaughlin. I am originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, but moved to NC two years ago for Ashville, the coast, less snow and to invest into real estate. I have been studying passively for years, but now am ready to jump in. This is one of the reasons I have joined this forum now. I am currently doing health insurance, but hope to leave the W-2 within the next two years. My strategies are short term rentals for college students and flight crews. My goals are to own two to four properties in the next two years. As I am not only new to REI, but also to Charlotte please feel free to offer suggestions and/or reach out. I look forward to the journey and getting to know everyone.
