Anyone know of any meets ups near the West Hartford, Connecticut area?

I was hoping to get some recommendations for local meet-ups so I can start networking with local investors

Anyone know if or want to start a BP meet up in West metro Atlanta?

This may not be obscure knowledge, but it blew my mind when a kitchen retailer gave me this tip yesterday: When rehabbing a kitchen, don't replace the cabinet boxes unless they are in bad shape (or you're using a natural wood finish that you won't be able to color match).

I have been unable to find a meet up within an hour and a half of us.

Im looking to make some connections and meet some people in the industry that are willing to share a bit of their advise with me, and hopefully help them as well. 

BTW, I do receive zoning board meeting notices from the town when neighbors file for variances, so you can't do it in secret.I don't know the procedures and politics in your area, but I described what will happen where I am.BTW checking who are family members is not a violation.

Bottom line, I only make improvements that meet my investment goals for those properties.
