Howdy from Allen, Texas!  

My name is Steven Snyder, and I'm currently starting down the path towards my first deal in real estate.  I plan to focus on small multifamily (2-4) units in the North Dallas area with interest in moving to larger (5+) units as time goes on.  I'd also like to invest in self-storage and mobile home parks at some point.  I'm still focused on reading as much as I can get my hands on about real estate but plan to be ready for my first deal by next year.  An interest in building a solid family legacy and a path beyond the corporate world lead me to BiggerPockets.  I look forward to meeting like-minded individuals here.  

I'm a corporate CPA by trade, and my wife and I also run a T-Shirt printing business locally.  We have two children:  a 16-year-old daughter and nine-year-old son.  All four of us participate in ATA Taekwondo, and we just earned our 1st Degree Black Belts in June.
