In some instances it is either not possible or not cost effective to air seal the top floor ceiling/attic assembly (i.e. when there is mechanical equipment in the attic and many penetrations of the top-floor ceiling/attic assembly or in the aforementioned case of old balloon framed buildings) and turning the {unvented} attic into a conditioned space via insulating the roof deck is undertaken.

The landlord was probably first time being landlord, they were really very uptight about keeping the house clean, where we put the shoes, how much we cook, how many time we do the laundry, at the beginning (well, after the contract has already been signed, otherwise I would have changed my mind when I hear this) they even ask if they can make a schedule of my cooking time like what day what time I cook, I guess they wanted to make sure everybody in the house can use the kitchen, but the hell??

This is the only asset in the LLC other than farm equipment and cattle we depreciate on 4562, there are c couple of barrns on property we depreciate as well but do not depreciate our house.
