It's near casinos in Tunica, a quick drive from Memphis, Little Rock, and Oxford, there is hunting and fishing nearby, and it's on the Mississippi River.

I have to turn over a few more rocks to find my cashflow number.  

I currently own a duplex in Cleveland that's doing well, as well as a house in Marion, Oh that's rocking but just came across a deal for 15 doors in Geneva which is an hour east from Cleveland and was wondering if anyone has any experience out there?

Being able to spend as much time with the people I love and focusing on what lights me up inside (nature, rock climbing, volunteering, cycling).The niche that my girlfriend of 3-years and I feel suited for is rental property investing - more specifically - house-hacking multi-family homes using an FHA loan.

Many of the adjacent cities have essentially melded with Austin (Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville).  

I'm specifically interested in the Round Rock/Pflugerville and South Austin areas, but I'm definitely open to other areas of Austin and the surrounding areas.
