If there's not enough volume to justify your own dedicated dumpster, or no physical space for the dumpster, it's a possible solution.I don't know if it's compliant with the letter of the law, but for these sorts of things I act rationally and create a paper trail to document effort ... and leave it up to someone else to object.

We included some personal remarks (appreciate their patience, etc), signed it, included a photo of me and my wife, and submitted it through our agent and asked it be delivered alongside our new offer price.

I'm gathering that as long as you have a "method" that can be backed up by supporting documentation your good. 

If you have knowledge then check you have knowledge then explain and provide all documentation. 

As for the paperwork, it will depend on your local area regarding the wording on the documents and what's involved.

It did not come with electronic documents.
