Hey everyone, I hope everyone is doing well. I am closing on my first duplex next week and as a pro member I am planning on using the Bigger Pockets lease agreement. It seems very thorough but I wanted to get some feedback from you and see if you have any positive or negative experiences using this document. Thanks everyone
