I am in the buy and hold niche but have run across a property that I don't want to bring under that umbrella.

Now its time to really get started.My overall goals are to build sustainable wealth with real estate while providing a service to the general population in the form of property recycling (bring properties back to usable form for the public) and buy and hold rentals (providing solid housing for people and families).As far as progress, my wife and I are currently in our first house hack - living in, refurb, plan to rent.

I currently own one home that is a rental property and I am constantly searching for buy and hold properties to purchase in the D.C. metro area, upstate New York, and Pennsylvania.

It sounds like you are saying he is the one holding you back and don't know how to tell him that.

My goal is to buy and hold (rent the property for income).I’d like to get feedback from experience investors.

My niche is single family/townhouses to start, with a strategy to buy and hold for the long term.

So i guess I'm a buy an hold type of investor.  

The BRRRR strategy is very appealing; I'm looking to expand quickly and do exclusively buy-and-hold.
