I feel pretty confident it can last many years before any issue, probably as long as the rest of the kitchen until it gets updated again at least.

Theoretically they're built much better since the "road travel" to the site is a bigger strain than anything "stick built" will face.However some banks/mortgage lenders avoid them like the plague.

I love the podcasts since I can multitask, listening to them while working on other things or traveling.

@Jaden Hafso  I downloaded most of the podcast to my phone then I listen to them on the bus while traveling to and from work.

I've been on several and always start with butterflies but confidence grows with each experience. 

However, you may be able to be very strict if it turns our your home is in big demand.I rent travel trailers and my applicants aren't the cream of the crop. 

A lot of people are scared of SE DC, but I am confident that with major projects planned like the trolley, and gentrification slowly creeping in my direction, the value of my property will go up significantly.  

Finding BP was such a great help in boosting my knowledge and confidence.

The combination of the forums and the podcasts have taken me from completely terrified to confident that I can be successful in REI.
