Painted Countertops - Success!

The wife and I recently painted our kitchen countertops. We both think it came out great, at the very least much much better than the laminate look we had before. Painting the countertops could be a very economical way to have the look of the kitchen fetch more rent. Here's a few pictures, they really don't show how good they look in person. The last picture is what our countertops looked like before.. (sorry for the clutter):

The resin polymer is called Envirotex Lite, we found the best deal on Amazon.com. It's not hugely expensive when compared to the alternatives.

I'm torn about posting this link as the title is mildly embarrassing, but it's good little walk through of the process.
