DC newbie with an eye towards Baltimore

Greetings everyone! I have been listening to the podcasts and stalking the site, now it is time for me to jump into the BP waters. I live in Washington, DC but I am finding the area prohibitively expensive for investing. As a result, I've been looking at Baltimore to launch my real estate investment career.

I'm focusing on multi-family houses until the day I can start trading up for apartment buildings. If anyone in the DMV (DC, MD, VA) area would like to meet up for happy hour or coffee and talk real estate, don't hesitate to contact me!

- Tim

@Tim Little - Welcome to BP!!

Having watched DC and Baltimore markets, you will definitely attractive deals at both the places, the only difference I have found is you will need much more capital for NOVA markets than in DC market. But I see good deals everyday in both the markets.

@Justin Pierce is also well versed in NOVA markets and is an experienced rehabber.

See you around..
